Clergy are welcome at any time and regular religious services are held at the Home. Religious Services are held in the Social Rooms each Sunday at 2.45pm and 3.15pm. All residents, relatives and visitors are welcome to attend.

Our Chaplain visits the centre on a regular basis and is available in an emergency should you wish him to call.

Holy Communion and Mass are available once a month, all residents will be notified of date and time. Eucharistic Ministers visit the home every Sunday morning.

Bus Trips

We have our own mini bus which enables us to visit local sites each week during the summer months, weather permitting. Each suite goes on the bus trip once a week. The bus is also available for hospital appointments.

A range of activities are available in the centre which you can attend if you wish, however the activity can also involve spending time with those who do not wish to participate in group activities.

Our salon is open 4 days of the week and appointments can be made easily to attend.

There are no set visiting times at Cornfield Care Centre and visitors are welcome to drop in at any time throughout the day. However, for privacy, we would ask visitors to refrain from visiting between 10pm and 10am.

Residents'/Relatives' Forum

We make everyone aware of our residents’ & relatives’ Forum within the home. This Forum allows important issues or suggestions to be discussed, which relate to the greater good of the residents.
